Fighting audits and winning with PRISM Spectrum

One of our supermarket pharmacy customers is fighting audits and winning by using the data and tools in PRISM Spectrum. After receiving an audit, this customer tags all of the claims in Spectrum. Using the custom reports tool, this customer runs the detail reports and develops a case to fight the audits. Their most recent audit resulted in only three claims out of 100 requiring payment of less than $20. PRISM Spectrum allows the customer to track audit trends and prevent future audits.
