Position Summary Under the general direction of the Director of Project Management Office and Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Manager develops, maintains, and implements a formal quality assurance methodology along with day to day management responsibility for QA associates who are part of the QA group. Major Job Responsibilities 1. Develops, maintains, and implements a formal quality assurance testing methodology that applies unit testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing. 2. Assists Associates in developing and maintaining test scripts and test plans for all testing methodology phases. 3. Supports the use of standards used by the Rational tool set. 4. Effectively applies management-development training and constructive feedback, demonstrating required leadership standards and self-development. Keeps abreast of new and emerging technologies and effectively assess their potential use. 5. Ensure that QA associates are efficiently assigned to support software delivery projects so that the QA associate is effective on the Project(s) while being assigned to one or more projects. 6. Leads and develops Associates by: · Assisting with strategic issues and, as necessary, problem solving · Developing regular relevant management information and distributing/reporting as appropriate · Informing manager of issues and trends · Developing Associates and addressing performance issues on a timely basis 7. Institutes continuous improvement processes · Identify deficiencies in the testing practices and recommend improvements
8. When appropriate/needed, be an active team member on a project where more senior experience is called for. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development testing, including people management experience, - AND a Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering or related area - Ability to manage effectively all phases of testing; including planning, monitoring, and control, team formation and development, project tracking and project deliverables - Ability to develop and maintain effective communication and resource plans - Serve as an effective liaison between System Test and Application Development - Effectively lead team to ensure the attainment of established objectives - Objectively review team members and communicate results to appropriate management - Develop department budget and authorize expenditures in accordance with budget - Compose professional business correspondence and presentation materials - Arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action - Problem solve and perform root cause analysis - Demonstrated leadership ability - Comfortable with confrontation and negotiation - Results-oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations |

POSITION SUMMARY Under the supervision of the BDM, incumbent effectively manages assigned clients for RFS and ancillary services products. Incumbent will apply a broad knowledge of CMS services, products and marketing techniques to manage client relationships and grow revenue within the assigned clients. The Account Executive is responsible to ensure the successful ongoing relationship with assigned clients by interfacing between sales and operations to ensure delivery of commitments and proposed solutions, re-sales of additional promotions, making client presentations and recommendations, identify client needs and work with company resources to identify solutions to meet those needs. The incumbent develops relationships with key individuals within the client organization and works to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and new business. Additionally, the account executive will work closely with the BDM and Director on contract renewals and applicable price increases. The Account Executive ensures that the client maintains a high level of satisfaction with the services and products CMS delivers.
